1 lb. white confectionary coating (white chocolate)
1 c. craisins (4 oz.)
1 c. natural (non-dyed) pistachios, shelled (8 oz. unshelled)

Steps:

  • Melt white chocolate in microwave (per instructions on chocolate package). Stir in craisins and pistachios until well-coated. Drop mixture in ½ tablespoons into mini-sized baking cups (available at Michaels or Joann Fabrics) or on parchment paper. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
