- Gradually add sugar.
- Beat till mixture is stiff and shiny.
- Fold in crushed crackers and pecans.
- Cook in greased 9 inch pie dish.
- Bake at 160 C for 40 minutes.
- Cool totally then refrigerate.
- Top with whipped cream and serve.
