Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole image

We love this casserole for breakfast or as a side to any meal.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 lb frozen hashbrown potatoes -- thaw
1/2 c margarine -- melt
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 c onion -- chop fine
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
2 c grated colby cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven at 350
  • 2. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 3. Combine soup, margarine, salt, pepper, onions and cheese.
  • 4. Gently mix in the potatoes and pour into prepared pan or dish.
  • 5. Bake for 45 minutes or until brown.
