Crab n' Penne Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 1/2 cup(s) penne pasta, uncooked
1 - 15 oz. jar(s) alfredo sauce
1 1/2 cup(s) crabmeat, fresh or immitation crabmeat, chopped
1 medium yellow summer squash, sliced
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 tablespoon(s) parsley, dried
1/8 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper flakes
1 1/2 cup(s) mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tablespoon(s) bread crumbs
2 teaspoon(s) butter, melted

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the Alfredo sauce, crab, yellow squash, zucchini, parsley & pepper flakes. Drain pasta; add to sauce mixture & toss to coat.
  • Transfer to a greased 13" x 9" baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover & bake at 325 degrees F. for 35 minutes or until heated through.
  • Toss bread crumbs & butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered, 5 - 6 minutes longer or until browned.
