Crab Mold image

This was made as an appetizer for a Christmas party held at my daughter's former Mexican Restaurant. It is very, very good!!

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 can(s) mushroom soup
8 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
1 ounce(s) knox gelatin
1/8 cup(s) dried onions
1/2 jar(s) pimentos, drained and chopped
1/2 - green pepper, chopped fine
1 can(s) crab meat, drained

Steps:

  • Heat all ingredients in saucepan over low heat or a double boiler. Pour into lightly sprayed mold (Pam); refrigerate until ready to serve. Overnight is best. Leave in mold until read to serve; loosen with knife and invert. Serve with crackers. Excellent!
