Crab dip in phyllo cups image

This is a great crab dip served in mini phyllo cups. Makes a wonderful appetizer!

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 box frozen mini phyllo cups, thawed and cooked as directed
1 6 oz can crabmeat, drained, flaked
1/2 c light mayonnaise
1/2 c light sour cream
2 Tbsp finely chopped green onion
1 tsp dried dillweed
1 tsp lemon peel
1 tsp lemon juice
2 dash(es) hot pepper sauce
salt and pepper to taste.

Steps:

  • 1. In lg bowl, stir together crab, mayonnaise, sour cream, green onion, dillweed, lemon peel, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce.
  • 2. Season w/ salt and pepper. Cover, chill 2 hrs. Fill phyllo cups evenly w/ dip. Bake at 350 for 5 mins, or until heated through.
