Blend canned crabmeat, red pepper, lemon juice and parsley with cream cheese & Thousand Island dressing for a tasty Crab Dip. Bring Crab Dip to any party!

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing
2 Tbsp. milk
1 can (6 oz.) crabmeat, drained, flaked
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
thin wheat snack crackers

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese, dressing and milk in small bowl with electric mixer on low speed until well blended.
  • Stir in crabmeat, red pepper, lemon juice and parsley; cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve as a dip with crackers.
