Crab Casserole image

Mom used to make this EVERY Christmas..now that she's gone, its like getting a hug from her every time I make it.

Number Of Ingredients 9

6 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped while warm
2 c "pepperidge farm herb bread stuffing
1 pt half and half
2 c mayonnaise
1 lb jumbo lump crab meat, picked over
1/2 c finley chopped onion
2 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp lemon zest, grated
1 bunch parsley for color

Steps:

  • 1. Mix everything together and bake for 350" till bubbly about 45 min.
