Crab Casserole image

4 slices white bread (crust, too)
Milk to soften
1 stick butter
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
3 Tbsp parsley
1 hard-boiled egg
1 lb backfin crab (or imitation crab)
Salt and pepper to taste
Ritz crackers

Steps:

  • Put bread in 2 qt. casserole and pour enough milk to make bread soggy.
  • Melt butter. Pour butter, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, parsley and egg over bread and stir well. Fold in crab and add salt and pepper to taste (don't need a lot). Crumble Ritz Crackers on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
