Crab cakes, creamy, broiled image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 pound crab meat, lump
1 egg
2 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup mayo
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon hot sauch
1/4 cup onion or spring onion, finely minced,cooked
1/3 cup celery, finely chopped,cooked
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Combine all except crab, and mix very well. Gently stir in crab. Divide among 4 little gratin dishes. Sprinkle top with few bread crumbs, paprika, nd dots of butter. Partially cook in microwave, then broil in oven til top is brown.
