Couscous with Fruit image

Fast-cooking couscous is a wonderful way to solve the dinnertime dilemma. Combined with mixed dried fruit, this tiny pasta is the star of the show!

1 1/2 cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
1/2 cup diced dried fruit and raisin mixture
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup uncooked couscous

Steps:

  • Heat chicken broth, fruit bits, butter and salt to boiling in 1 1/2-quart saucepan. Stir in couscous.
  • Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir before serving.
