Cottage Cheese Scrambled Eggs image

For a quick and easy healthy breakfast

Number Of Ingredients 7

6 - eggs
1/4 cup(s) cottage cheese
2 tablespoon(s) milk
1 tablespoon(s) chopped chives
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1 dash(es) white pepper
2 tablespoon(s) butter

Steps:

  • Beat eggs in medium size mixing bowl. Add cottage cheese, milk, chives, salt and pepper; beat until blended
  • Melt butter in skillet over low heat. Add egg mixture to butter; cook slowly, turning portions of cooked eggs with a spatula as they begin to thicken.
  • Do not stir; do not overcook. Remove from heat when done; serve immediately
