1 cup low-fat (1 percent) cottage cheese
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup coarsely chopped banana
1 teaspoon honey

Steps:

  • Puree cottage cheese, blueberries, banana, and honey in a food processor. Serve immediately.
