CORNFLAKE-CRUSTED HALIBUT WITH CHILE CILANTRO AIOLI image

Number Of Ingredients 15

AIOLI:
2 T minced fresh cilantro
3 T fat free mayo
1 serrano chile, minced and seeded
1 garlic clove, minced
FISH:
1 C fat free milk
1 large egg white, lightly beaten
2 C cornflakes fined crushed
1/4 C flour
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
2 T olive oil
4 6oz halibut fillets
lemon wedges

Steps:

  • 1. To prepare aioli, combine cilantro, mayo, serrano, garlic, mix well. 2. To prepare fish, combine milk and egg in shallow dish whisking well. Combine cornflakes, flour, salt, pepper in abother shallow dish. 3. Heat 2 T oil in large non stick skillet over med high heat. Dip fish in milk mix and dredge in cornflake mix. Add fish to pan and cook 4 min on each side or until flakes easily. Serve with aoili and lemon.
