I made this recipe because I discovered some chopped corned beef in my freezer that I needed to use and I wanted to do something different with it. This came out really good!

Steps:
- 1. In a large skillet melt butter with olive oil over medium high heat.
- 2. Add onions. Saute until starting to caramelize. Add shredded cabbage and cook until cabbage is wilted.
- 3. Add diced corned beef brisket to hot dog bun. Top with fried cabbage mixture and a slice of swiss cheese.
- 4. Place sandwiches on a cookie sheet and place in oven under broiler, just until cheese starts to brown and tops of bread starts to toast. (1 or 2 minutes)
- 5. Serve with Chips or Fries and a Pickle!
