Corn Salsa image

A Big hit for parties and a nice change from tomato salsa. Got this recipe from a coworker years ago.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 can(s) 2 cans mexican blend corn
2 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c mayonnaise
1 c sour cream
1/2 c pickled jalapeno
4 oz diced pimentos
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp adobo (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. mix all ingredients and refridgerate overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.
