Corn Pudding Recipe - (5/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/4 c butter
2 c corn(fresh, frozen or canned)
4 tsp flour
3 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 c milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Place butter in 1 1/2 quart casserole and place in oven until melted, tilting sides to coat. Combine next 4 ingredients put in casserole dish. Beat eggs and milk; pour into casserole. Mix. Place casserole in a shallow pan of warm water. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until firm.
