Corn Pudding image

This corn pudding will be an impressive addition to your holiday table. This side dish has a rich, souffle texture without the hassle. Your friends and family will love this delicious holiday recipe.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/2 c butter, softened
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 c sour cream
1 pkg cornbread/muffin mix (8.5 oz)
1/2 c milk
1 can(s) whole kernel corn (15.25 oz)
1 can(s) cream-style corn (14.75 oz)

Steps:

  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  • 2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • 3. Beat in sour cream.
  • 4. Gradually add cornbread/muffin mix alternately with milk.
  • 5. Fold in the corn.
  • 6. Pour into a greased 3 qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 45-50 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
