- 1. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
- 2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- 3. Beat in sour cream.
- 4. Gradually add cornbread/muffin mix alternately with milk.
- 5. Fold in the corn.
- 6. Pour into a greased 3 qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 45-50 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
