Corn Dip image

I got this recipe from my sister-in-law and absolutely love it served with either club crackers or corn chips! I have made it a little bit more "diet" friendly by choosing lower fat ingredients. Yummy!

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 can(s) mexi-corn
8 ounce(s) low fat sour cream
8 ounce(s) low fat mayonnaise
8 ounce(s) low fat shredded mexican cheese blend
1 cup(s) chopped green onions
3 - jalapeno peppers, chopped

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together and let set in refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight. Serve with chips or crackers.
  • If you like it HOT, leave peppers intact and just chop. If you prefer it MILD, deseed and devein the peppers before chopping. It will just have a slight kick then.
