Corn Custard image

Number Of Ingredients 8

400 milliliters water
200 g cream style sweet corn
100 milliliters coconut milk
50 g custard powder
10 g cornstarch
3 stalks pandan leaves
60 g sugar
1 pinch salt

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients into a pot. Cook on low heat and stir continuously to prevent sticking at the bottom of pot. When it thicken to a custard consistency (about 10 mins), turn off heat and discard pandan leaves. Pour the custard into moulds and let it cool before putting in the fridge. Chill for at least 2 hours or until set.
