Corn and Walnut Dip image

Nuts add crunch and corn adds color to this incredibly creamy, zesty cream cheese dip.

2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon ground red chilies or chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
1 can (7 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
Tortilla chips

Steps:

  • In large bowl, beat cream cheese, lime juice, chilies, cumin, oil, salt and pepper with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Stir in corn, walnuts and onion.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
