Steps:
- 1. Pound steaks until approximately 4x7 inches.
- 2. Spread with mustard.
- 3. Top each with slice of ham and cheese. (Both slices smaller than steaks)
- 4. Fold steaks over, secure with skewers.
- 5. Mix flour with spices.
- 6. Dip each steak in flour on both sides, then in egg, finally in bread crumbs.
- 7. Fry in butter for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 8. Garnish.
- 9. Serve with vegetables.
- 10. Makes 4 servings.
