Copycat TGI Friday's Mudslide image

For an adult twist on a classic summer dessert, the Chocolate Sundae, try this copycat recipe of TGI Friday's Mudslide. With just enough liquor to make the ice cream slightly boozy, grab a couple friends and enjoy this grown-up dessert drink!

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 oz. vodka
2 oz. Kahlua
2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
6 oz. vanilla ice cream
2 oz. chocolate syrup

Steps:

  • Place the vodka, Kahula, Irish cream, and ice cream in a blender and mix until smoothAdd ice and blend again for a fuller, crunchier texture if desiredMudslides are traditionally served in a highball glass and can be garnished with the chocolate syrup (I like to blend the chocolate syrup in to the drink and serve in classic cocktail glasses)
