CopyCat lemon cream cookies image

These are my version of the Starbucks cream filled. Moon pies and cookies they make but better

Number Of Ingredients 5

3/4 cup(s) whipping cream
1/2 package(s) mascarpone cheese
1/4 cup(s) or less of stevia...to replace sugar
2 cup(s) of mothers cookies or more depending on your spreading of cream
1 teaspoon(s) orange or lemon zest

Steps:

  • Mix whipping cream and mascarpone cheese together with electric mixer and then fold in zest or you can leave it out and dip it on after applying the cream to one side of cookie and then adding another making a sandwich effect (depending on how much cream you like in your cookies determines the amount of store bought or baked fresh cookies you need.:)
  • Then refrigerate them in a large tupperware container and chill for about an hour...and yummy creamy copy cat cookies like starbucks are ready and willing to be ate with less sugar!!
