Cool Lime-Pretzel Squares image

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 cups finely crushed pretzels
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups water, divided
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream Stop & Shop - 2 For $4.00 thru 08/13
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping Shaw's - 2 For $5.00 thru 08/13

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake 10 min.; cool.
  • Bring 1 cup water to boil. Add to gelatin mixes; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in remaining water; set aside. Blend sweetened condensed milk and sour cream in blender until smooth. Add gelatin mixture; blend well. Pour over crust.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
