Cool Curried Chicken Salad image

1/2 cup Kraft Light Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Low-fat Plain yogurt
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 cup diced cooked chicken
1-1/2 cups seedless red grapes, cut in half
3/4 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
2 apples (granny smith for tart flavor or Fuji for sweeter flavor), peeled & cut into small pieces
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1 medium cantaloupe

Steps:

  • In small bowl combine mayonnaise, yogurt, curry powder & salt. Set aside.
  • In large bowl combine diced chicken, grapes, celery, green onions, apples, & almonds. Mix until distributed evenly. Add mayonnaise mixture; mix lightly. Cover & refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
  • Serve with sliced cantaloupe.
