Okay, sounds strange... tastes awesome. They are very easy to make, and you use them in the same way you would use panko or regular breadcrumbs. They are gluten-free, and Keto-diet friendly. The main photo is my baked parmesan chicken, using pork-rind breadcrumbs. So, you ready... Let's get into the kitchen.

Steps:
- 1. PREP/PREPARE
- 2. A 6-ounce package of pork rinds will yield 2 cups of crumbs.
- 3. Gather your Ingredients (mise en place).
- 4. Add the pork rinds to a food processor, fitted with an S-blade, and use 1-second pulses, until they look like traditional breadcrumbs.
- 5. Place in a jar with a tight-fitting lid, and store in the fridge until ready for use.
- 6. PLATE/PRESENT
- 7. Use in any recipe that calls for breadcrumbs: Casseroles Fried Foods Topping for Pasta Chicken Fish Pork Meatballs Meatloaf Macaroni & Cheese Green-Bean Casserole And so much more.
- 8. Here is my recipe for breaded pork, and chicken: 2 cups pork rinds crushed 2 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese grated 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 3 tsp dried parsley 1 tsp dried basil 1 tsp dried oregano
