Steps:
- Prepare vegetables according to package directions. Drain. Place half in an increased 11X7 in. Baking dish. Combine 4 Tbsp. Butter and cubed cheese in a small saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until melted. Pour half over first layer of vegetables. Add remaining vegetables and then balance of cheese. Melt remaining better and toss with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over casserole. Bake uncovered at 325ddegrees for 20-25min.
