Steps:
- Set 1 cup strawberries aside. Combine the grape juice, honey, and remaining strawberries in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 3 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Transfer the strawberry mixture to a blender and add the yogurt. Process until pureed. Transfer to a covered bowl and chill for 45 minutes. Stir the peaches and reserved strawberries into the soup. Top each serving with the kiwi and mint.
