Steps:
- Brown beef, onion & garlic. Drain. Add soup, sauce, paste and chilies. Bring to boil.
- Put 1/2 of chips in pan (9 x 13). Pour the meat over the chips and top with the rest of the chips and cheese.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
