COLESLAW WITH CARAWAY AND RAISINS image

Number Of Ingredients 8

3/4 cup(s) sour cream
2 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon(s) caraway seeds
- kowher salt and black pepper
1 small head cabbage, cored and thinly sliced, about 6 cups
2 - carrots, grated
1 cup(s) golden raisins
6 - green onions, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, vinegar, caraway seed, 1/2 t. salt and 1/4 t. pepper. Add the cabbage, green onions, carrots and raisins and toss to coat. Makes 4 servings.
