Cole Slaw With Pineapple image

My mother-in-law makes this its great the best

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 large heads of cabbage
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
2 lg can(s) crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
3 cup(s) mayonaise
1/2 cup(s) sugar

Steps:

  • shred cabbage
  • put in a lg bowl add shred cabbage in a new bowl mix mayonise and a little bit of water and sugar mix until creamy "some times I made more to have extra creamy sauce "
  • pour on top of the shred cabbage and mix well put in refrigerator to chill
