2 lbs carrots
1 cup chicken stock
1tbl curry
1 tsp oregano, chopped fresh
1 tsp coriander, chopped fresh
1 cup cream

Steps:

  • cook carrots and pour off 1/2 of the water in blender, put remaining ingredients chill and serve
