COFFEE-RUBBED PORK LOIN image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 Tbsp. ground coffee
2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp. kosher salt
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
generous pinch of black pepper

Steps:

  • Mix spices together and then coat pork loin (set sit in rub for 2 hours or more). Preheat oven to 400 degrees and cook on a baking sheet lined with foil for 20 min. Check to see if done, and if not add a minute or two more.
