COCONUT NESTS
This recipe was posted on another site by a cook names Debbieb. She calls them Coconut Macaroon Candy Baskets.

Steps:
- 1. Mix coconut, flour and eggs in a bowl. Butter a baking pan and shape nests to the desired width.
- 2. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Check occasionally to make sure that nests do not burn. It may take a bit longer, but they can burn fast, so start with 15 minutes and go from there.
- 3. When done, cool nests and fill with your favorite candy and treats. I put a bit of frosting in the bottom of the nests to secure the 'eggs'.
