My son concocted this drink out of cream of coconut and Ice cream...mighty tasty we thought! Photos are mine

Steps:
- 1. Place ice cream, cream of coconut, extract and 2 tablespoons crushed graham cracker in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- 2. Pour into glass, fill remainder of glass with whipped cream and top with remaining graham cracker.
