Coconut-Chicken Dippers image

Kraft gave me the chicken dippers recipe and the honey mustard is just an old stand by! My grandson likes this better than McDonalds!

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 oz shake'n bake chicken seasonings
1 c flake coconut
1/4 tsp curry powder and cajin seasonings
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1" wide strips
1 egg
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 Tbsp yellow prepared mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp honey

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400
  • 2. Combine seasonings with coconut in a bowl or baggie. Beat egg in bowl.
  • 3. Dip chicken in egg, then coating mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each strip.
  • 4. Place on lightly sprayed rack over jelly roll pan.
  • 5. Bake 14 minutes.
  • 6. HONEY MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE:
  • 7. Mix Mayonnaise with mustard, garlic powder, vinegar and honey. Put in frig to chill. Serve with Chicken Dippers.
