Fold in cool whip Once pie crust and cocnut have cooled spoon 1/4 of cool whip micture in pie crusts Drizzle caramel topping over that Sprinkle cocnut misture over caramel topping. Repeat layers again, cool whip, caramel, coconut Place in freezer overnight. Take out of freezer about 20 minutes before serving to soften.
