Steps:
- 1. combine oats, nuts, seeds, coconut and spices in large mixing bowl, set aside. 2. While butter is still warm mix with vanilla, sugar and honey until sugar dissolves and forms a rich syrup 3. Poor syrup over oat mixture, stir to combine evenly 4. Spread the mixture onto a baking tin with rim, ensuring it is evenly spread in a thin layer. 5. Place into preheated oven for 12 minutes 6. Remove from oven, stir granola to lightly breakup and reveal uncooked oats 7. Places back in oven for a further 5 min 8. Remove and let cool. 9. Serve with yogurt, milk and cherries.
