I have had this cake many times at church dinners when I lived in New Orleans....This is one of those cakes that travel so well ,and every one loves...For years this cake...

- 1. 1-In a large bowl,combine the cake mix ,cola,eggs,buttermilk,butter,cocoa,vanilla;Beat on low speed for 30 seconds.Beat on medium for 2 minutes.Fold in the marshmallows.Pour into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan.......I spray pan with Baker Joy...
- 2. 2-Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes,or untill a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean...Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes...
- 3. 3-Meanwhile for frosting ;In a small saucepan ,combine cocoa and butter.Cook over LOW heat untill butter is melted.Stir in cola until blended.Bring to a boil ,stirring constantly.Reamove from the heat ;stir in confectioners sugar untill smooth.Fold in Walnuts or Pecans .Spread over cake .Let stand for at least 30 minutes before cutting...
