Coca-Cola Pork Chops image

8 pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
1 c ketchup
1 c coca-cola
brown sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Place pork chops in a large baking pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix ketchup and coca-cola and pour over chops. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until pork chops are tender.
