 4 cups cooked rigatoni
 2 cooked and cubed chicken breasts or 2 cups of shredded chicken
 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped up
 8 crispy bacon strips, crumbled
 ½ cup mayo
 1 tbsp ranch dressing
 1 cup diced tomatoes
 ½ cup diced green onion
 ¼ diced green pepper
 ¼ diced red pepper
 ¼ cup diced celery
 Nature's Seasoning
 1 tsp salt
 1 tbsp paprika

Steps:

  • Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl and store in fridge. Make Healthier: ✔ Only use 2 eggs ✔ Use whole grain pasta ✔ Only use 4 bacon strips or bacon bits ✔ Use light mayo ✔ Use light ranch dressing ✔ Skip the salt and Nature's Seasoning
