Steps:
- Soak beans overnight. Simmer soaked beans for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, and tomato paste. Cover and simmer while you do other prep. Saute onions and peppers in olive oil until tender. Add garlic and parsley to sautéed mixture and set aside. Saute the ground turkey until brown. Add onion mixture to meat. Add chili powder, cumin seed and Mrs. Dash. Then add this whole mixture to the pot with beans. Simmer, covered, for 1 hour. Uncover and simmer for 45 minutes
