Clementine Blackberry Sangria image

Blogger Brooke McLay from Cheeky Kitchen gives your same-old sangria a boost with this beautiful clementine and blackberry twist! Simple, refreshing, and utterly scrumptious, this is one calorie-savvy cocktail that every adult will love!

1 bottle sweet white wine
1 packet sugar-free orange-flavored drink mix, if desired
1 teaspoon powdered stevia
2 cups fresh or frozen (thawed) blackberries
1 lb clementines, sliced

Steps:

  • In large pitcher, stir together wine and drink mix. Add clementine slices. Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to allow clementine flavor to infuse into wine.
  • Just before serving, in medium bowl, sprinkle stevia over blackberries. Using fork or pestle, muddle slightly. Spoon blackberry mixture into each of 8 wine glasses. Top with clementine-infused wine and clementine slices. Serve immediately.
