CLASSIC FRENCH VINAIGRETTE image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 Tbls. red wine vinegar
1/8 tsp. fine sea salt
6 to 8 turns ground black pepper
4 Tbls. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. Dijon mustard

Steps:

  • In a small bowl combine the vinegar, salt and pepper, and stir until the salt dissolves. Add the oil and mustard and whisk until the ingredients are emulsified. Pour over a salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately
