Classic Daiquiri image

Nothing like the ubiquitous frozen drinks that bear the same name, this classic cocktail is light, refreshing, and the perfect easy cocktail to while away the summer hours.

Number Of Ingredients 3

2 ounces light rum
1 ounce plus one teaspoon fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup

Steps:

  • In cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine rum, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously, then strain into cocktail glass.
