Classic Birds Eye Macaroni Salad image

How to make Classic Birds Eye Macaroni Salad

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 bag Steamfresh® Mixed Vegetables, cooked according to package directions and cooled
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 box (16 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions and cooled

Steps:

  • In large bowl, blend mayonnaise, vinegar, red onion, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Stir in Classic Mixed Vegetables and macaroni.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
