Steps:
- Mix all of the dressing ingredients together in a bottle or bowl. Let sit for 15 minutes. Put your favorite salad greens in individual bowls. Cut the cheese into bite sized cubes and lay on the greens. Cut the chicken into bite sized strips or cubes,lay in an alternating pattern with the cheese on the greens. Peel and slice the mango into bite sized pieces or cut the fruit into bite sized cubes. Lay over and around the chicken and cheese. Drizzle dressing over the salad and serve cool.
