Steps:
- Cut the watermelon into 1 inch cubes (roughly) and place them in a large bowl or container. Squeeze the juice from the oranges, lemon, and lime and pour over the watermelon and toss to coat. If desired, add a quarter cut fresh chopped mint. Cover, and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. (Can be prepared and stored overnight). Serve cold.
